As part of the workshops, we raise issues of stereotypes, prejudices and discrimination in relation to different nationalities, social groups, genders and minority groups. We offer exercises that allow to experience, under controlled conditions, discrimination and learn about the mechanisms that cause it. We also address issues related to responding to discrimination, models of assertiveness, and sensitive language. Anti-discrimination workshops are structured around group and individual needs in which participants practice in simulations based on real events, discuss specific cases and lead discussions within the topic.
